Domestic coffee price list updated at 4:00 a.m. on December 21, 2024 |
Thus, this week has witnessed very unstable coffee prices in both the world and domestic markets. Specifically, in the world market, there have been consecutive "unstoppable declines" in Robusta coffee prices on the London floor. For Arabica coffee prices, things are more positive, with some days increasing and some days decreasing, but they are also in a state of deep decline and "weak" increase.
Regarding the domestic coffee price market, farmers in the Central Highlands are worried and insecure. Last week, bad weather and prolonged rain affected the quality of coffee. This week, coffee prices have dropped "miserably" for the third consecutive session, in just 3 days (from December 18 to 20, 2024), they have evaporated 3,000 VND/kg and are expected to continue to decrease in the coming time.
On a positive note, according to information from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival will be held from March 9 to 13, 2025 with the theme "Buon Ma Thuot - World Coffee Destination". The event promises to bring many attractive programs, attracting the attention of many people and tourists both domestically and internationally.
Through 8 previous editions, Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival has affirmed its position as a prominent event in the Vietnamese coffee industry. The festival is not only an occasion to promote coffee culture but also an opportunity for locals and tourists to experience the unique flavor of Buon Ma Thuot coffee, one of the world's leading coffee producing regions.
This event is expected to continue to leave many good impressions, contributing to promoting local tourism, enhancing cultural exchange and promoting the image of Vietnamese coffee to the world.
