DNO - The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just regulated the rental price of social housing for people with revolutionary contributions from only nearly 50,000 VND to 70,000 VND/m2/month.

According to Decision No. 1478/QD-UBND dated May 12, 2025 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City regulating the rental price of social housing and the price of management and operation services for social housing apartment buildings for people with revolutionary contributions on Vu Mong Nguyen Street, Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.

Specifically, the general price for management and operation services is 5,169 VND/ ^m2 /month. The rental price for social housing (excluding the floor coefficient - K) is 57,822 VND/ ^m2 /month.

Based on coefficient K, the rental price for the 2nd floor is 69,386 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 3rd floor is 64,763 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 4th floor is 64,182 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 5th floor is 63,604 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 6th floor is 60,713 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 7th floor is 57,822 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 8th floor is 54,931 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 9th floor is 52,040 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 10th floor is 51,462 VND/ ^m2 /month; the 11th floor is 50,883 VND/ ^m2 /month and the 12th floor is 46,258 VND/ ^m2 /month.

The apartment rental price and management and operation service price do not include the costs of electricity, water, communication, television services, parking... and other service costs for the private use of the apartment owner and user.

The social housing project for people with revolutionary contributions on Vu Mong Nguyen Street has a total investment of 223.8 billion VND. This project is newly built synchronously including a 12-storey apartment building, 1 basement and an attic. The project will arrange 209 apartments with an area of 65 - ^77m2 / each for people with revolutionary contributions in the city.

This project is part of the program to implement the project "Building social housing areas for families of people with revolutionary contributions who have housing difficulties in Da Nang city from 2020 to 2025".
