At 9:00 a.m., SJC gold price at domestic enterprises was announced at 80.50-84.00 million VND/tael, an increase of 500,000 VND/tael compared to the closing price at the end of last week.
Meanwhile, the price of gold rings in some places also adjusted when opening for trading, in which Phu Quy Company listed the price of 999.0 round gold rings from 81.50-83.50 million VND/tael, an increase of 800,000 VND/tael.
At Bao Tin Minh Chau Company, the company listed the price of plain round gold rings at 81.48-83.18 million VND/tael (buy/sell), an increase of 500,000 VND/tael compared to the previous closing price.
Looking back at last week, gold prices at businesses fluctuated strongly, in which the SJC brand "evaporated" about 2 million VND/tael and gold rings decreased by 2.45 million VND/tael.
In the world, the price of gold fluctuated around 2,588 USD/ounce, an increase of more than 10 USD/ounce compared to the same time in the previous session. This price is equivalent to 79.5 million VND/tael when converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank .
This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate on November 18 at 24,288 VND/USD, down 10 VND compared to November 16.
With a margin of +/-5%, BIDV and Vietinbank both bought at 25,190 VND/USD and sold at 25,502 VND/USD, down 10 VND compared to the previous closing price.
Similarly, two other businesses also decreased by 10 VND, in which Vietcombank listed the USD exchange rate from 25,180-25,502 VND/USD (buy/sell) and Agribank announced from 25,202-25,502 VND/USD. /.
