Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline increased by 24 VND/liter, not higher than 19,864 VND/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 294 VND/liter, not higher than 20,563 VND/liter.
Meanwhile, diesel price decreased by 395 VND/liter, not higher than 18,382 VND/liter. Kerosene price decreased by 325 VND/liter, not higher than 18,817 VND/liter. Fuel oil price remained at 16,125 VND/kg as in the previous period.
In this period, the regulatory agency continues not to set aside or use the gasoline price stabilization fund for all products.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the world oil market in this period (from November 28 to December 4) is affected by factors such as: US crude oil reserves decrease, expected upcoming decision of OPEC+ on oil production cut, ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine... The above factors have caused world oil prices in recent days to increase and decrease depending on each product.
The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on November 28 and the adjustment period on December 5 is: 80.760 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (up 0.400 USD/barrel); 83.936 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (down 1.426 USD/barrel); 88.140 USD/barrel of kerosene (down 1.738 USD/barrel); 87.600 USD/barrel of diesel oil (down 2.132 USD/barrel); 454.632 USD/ton of fuel oil (up 0.688 USD/ton).
In the operating period on November 28, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline increased by 497 VND/liter, not higher than 19,840 VND/liter. RON95 gasoline increased by 329 VND/liter, not higher than 20,857 VND/liter.
Diesel price increased by VND268/liter, not higher than VND18,777/liter. Kerosene increased by VND221/liter, not higher than VND19,142/liter and fuel oil price increased by VND111/kg, to VND16,125/kg.
