The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to guide Quynh Duong Construction Investment Company Limited and Toan Tien Construction Joint Stock Company to complete relevant documents, advise on procedures related to investment, environment, land and grant licenses for mineral exploitation, land leveling, and construction works in Chau My hill area (Quy Xuan village, Binh Quy commune, Thang Binh) and Duong Phung hill area (village 1, Tien Tho commune, Tien Phuoc) in accordance with the provisions of law.

In particular, it is important to calculate and determine the winning amount of the auction for mineral exploitation rights according to the current resource tax price to avoid loss of state budget and carefully assess the environmental impact of the project; strictly manage and supervise mineral exploitation within the scope and boundaries of the license, ensure security and order, labor safety, and environmental protection during the exploitation process; fully perform financial obligations and related regulations according to current laws.

The People's Committees of Thang Binh and Tien Phuoc districts coordinate with relevant departments to guide and resolve procedures according to their authority and closely monitor and supervise the activities of land exploitation, leveling and construction works in the Chau My and Duong Phung hills.

Previously, at the meeting on June 28, after reviewing the submitted contents, the Provincial Party Standing Committee discussed and agreed on the investment policy for the Project of exploiting land for leveling and constructing works in the Chau My and Duong Phung hills as proposed by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
