Attending the congress were comrades K'Mak, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Van Tuan, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the province's departments and branches, and 220 delegates of the Di Linh Commune Party Committee.
During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people in the 4 communes have promoted the tradition of solidarity, exploited potentials and strengths to strive to effectively implement the goals and targets set out in the resolution. Total budget revenue increased 2.06 times compared to the 2015-2020 term. State budget revenue by the end of 2024 reached 142,085/143,721 billion VND, reaching 98.86%. The number of poor households decreased from 847 households (6.3%) in 2020 to 307 households (2.3%) in 2025, an average annual decrease of 0.8%. Of which, the rate of poor and near-poor households among ethnic minorities decreased to 148 households (1.1%); average income per capita reached over 70 million VND/year.
The Party building work and the political system were also comprehensively carried out by the Di Linh Commune Party Committee and achieved many outstanding results in all aspects of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. One of the important highlights is to focus on leadership and direction to resolutely and effectively implement the innovation, arrangement and consolidation of the political system's apparatus to ensure streamlining.
The leadership and direction of the implementation of the two-level local government model ensured efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency. The work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline received attention and direction and achieved positive results.

In the new term, the Party Committee of Di Linh commune sets out 8 general goals, building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; identifying breakthroughs and 14 targets for sustainable high-tech agricultural development; synchronizing infrastructure; budget revenue increasing by an average of 10% or more; average income per capita by 2030 reaching from 90 to 100 million VND/year; production value reaching 220 million ha/year; multidimensional poor households reducing from 1 to 1.5%; aiming to build Di Linh commune to meet the "Advanced New Rural" standards and implementing key projects in the period 2025 - 2030 of Di Linh commune...
Speaking at the congress, comrade K'Mak, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the results of implementing the Resolution of the previous Di Linh District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the Congresses of the old communes that have been achieved in all fields.
The locality has maintained and developed a stable economy, production and business have strongly recovered, promoted the construction of new rural areas, ensured national defense and security; people's lives have constantly improved; Party building and political system building have had many changes and innovations; administrative procedure reform and digital transformation have gradually met people's requirements...
Promoting the achievements, comrade K'Mák requested the Party Committee of Di Linh commune to quickly promote the strengths of each old locality, at the same time overcome the shortcomings that have been pointed out; soon complete a streamlined government apparatus, operate effectively, efficiently, effectively, close to the people; deserve to be one of the communes with important contributions to the overall development of the province.
The Party Committee of Di Linh commune needs to focus on building a great solidarity bloc, unifying will and action; there needs to be breakthrough solutions to exploit the potential and advantages of the locality in the fields of agriculture, services and tourism. According to the announced decisions, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has appointed the Di Linh Commune Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 19 comrades, and the Commune Party Standing Committee, consisting of 9 comrades. Comrade Tran Hong Quyet was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Di Linh Commune Party Committee, and comrade Phan Hong Vinh and comrade Tran Nhat Thi were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Party Secretaries.
