The conference also provided an opportunity for Party committees, government agencies, and the Fatherland Front of the ward to receive feedback and suggestions from the grassroots, leveraging collective intelligence and the people's supervisory role in government activities. The people's recommendations serve as an objective source of information and a crucial basis for the ward to adjust its leadership methods, improve its governance capacity, and serve the people more effectively. This is also a practical channel for resolving practical bottlenecks and opening up new avenues for local development in the future.
At the conference, the leaders of Thanh Xuan Ward People's Committee provided an overview of the socio -economic development situation and issues of public concern. They also listened to and compiled feedback from organizations and individuals on draft regulations of the Party and State that directly relate to the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
In addition, the People's Committee of the ward also provided information on the results of implementing resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State, as well as the performance of the functions, tasks, and powers of the Party committee and government. The ward leaders emphasized that the exemplary conduct of cadres and Party members in cultivating character, ethics, lifestyle, and a spirit of service to the people is a key factor in strengthening people's trust in the political system at the grassroots level.

In particular, the People's Committee of the ward has received and directed the resolution of suggestions and feedback regarding pressing issues arising in people's lives. At the dialogue session, delegates, organizations, and individuals in the area raised 21 issues related to various fields such as socio-economic development, urban order, apartment building management, infrastructure investment and construction, administrative reform, digital transformation, social welfare, and ensuring security and order. The opinions were addressed by the ward's functional agencies according to their authority.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, Nguyen Huy Cuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Xuan Ward, acknowledged and highly appreciated the heartfelt and practical opinions of organizations and individuals, and commended the sense of responsibility of representatives from departments and sectors under the Ward People's Committee who directly explained and accepted the opinions at the conference.
