Thanh Xuan Ward has open dialogue, listens to and accepts people's opinions

HNP - On November 7, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan ward organized a dialogue conference between the heads of Party committees and authorities with the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in the ward in 2025.

This activity aims to strengthen the close relationship between the Party, the government and the people, creating a forum for people to directly express their thoughts and aspirations, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong grassroots government.

The conference is also an opportunity for Party committees, authorities and the Fatherland Front of the ward to receive comments and feedback from the grassroots, promote collective intelligence and the people's supervisory role in government activities. People's recommendations are an objective information channel, an important basis for the ward to adjust its leadership methods, improve its governance capacity and serve the people more effectively. This is also a practical information channel to help remove "bottlenecks" in practice, opening up new development directions for the locality in the coming time.

At the conference, leaders of Thanh Xuan Ward People's Committee provided an overview of the socio -economic development situation and issues of public concern, while listening to and synthesizing comments from organizations and individuals on draft regulations of the Party and State directly related to the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Along with that, the Ward People's Committee also informed the results of implementing the Party's resolutions and directives, the State's policies and laws, as well as the performance of the functions, tasks and powers of the Party Committee and the government. The Ward leaders emphasized that setting an example for cadres and Party members in cultivating qualities, ethics, lifestyle and spirit of serving the people is a key factor to strengthen people's trust in the political system at the grassroots level.

In particular, the Ward People's Committee has received and oriented to resolve recommendations, reflecting urgent issues arising in people's lives. At the dialogue, delegates, organizations and individuals in the area raised 21 contents related to many fields such as socio-economic development, urban order, apartment building management, infrastructure investment, administrative reform, digital transformation, social security and ensuring security and order. The opinions were answered by the ward's competent authorities according to their authority.

Concluding the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Thanh Xuan Ward People's Council Nguyen Huy Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic and practical opinions of organizations and individuals, and at the same time praised the sense of responsibility of representatives of departments and branches under the Ward People's Committee who directly explained and received opinions right at the conference.

Comrade Nguyen Huy Cuong affirmed that each opinion and suggestion of the people is not only an objective feedback channel, but also an important basis for the Party Committee and the government to review and adjust the leadership and direction methods. This is the driving force for the government to improve management efficiency, service quality for the people and also a measure to evaluate the prestige and capacity of the ward's staff and civil servants.
