Dong Da promotes the strength of the entire people in implementing the Capital Law

HNP - On the morning of November 7, Dong Da ward organized a conference to respond to "Vietnam Law Day", summarizing the online contest "Learning about the Capital Law" in 2025.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of Dong Da Ward People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai said that in recent times, Dong Da Ward has proactively implemented many practical activities, notably programs to disseminate laws on the organization of two-level local governments; organizing conferences to integrate legal content in the fields of land, construction order, environment, security and digital transformation.

Party Secretary, Chairman of Dong Da Ward People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Viet commended the collective with outstanding achievements in the competition.

Along with that, the ward has stepped up propaganda on the electronic information portal and social network Zalo; promoted the role of mediation teams and legal propaganda teams at the grassroots level. Thanks to that, many problems and disputes have been promptly resolved, contributing to strengthening the neighborhood relationship, maintaining security and order and building a civilized urban lifestyle.

Responding to Vietnam Law Day, Vice Chairman of Dong Da Ward People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai called on each cadre, party member and civil servant to set an example of "understanding the law - doing the right thing - guiding people to properly implement the law"; at the same time, he hoped that people would actively study and learn the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests, and join hands in building a community of " Discipline - Civilization - Compassion - Modernity ".

Comrade Nguyen Trong Hai requested departments, branches, organizations and residential groups to continue promoting the achieved results, stepping up propaganda work so that 100% of people clearly understand their rights and obligations in implementing the Capital Law 2024, especially in the fields of urban order, environmental protection and building elegant and civilized Hanoians .

After the administrative boundary merger, Dong Da ward became one of the units with the largest population in the city. Therefore, the work of propaganda, dissemination and legal education was identified as a key and central task , creating a solid legal foundation and high consensus among officials and people.

In response to Vietnam Law Day, the ward launched the online contest "Learning about the Capital Law", attracting a large number of officials, civil servants and people to participate. Taking place from October 20 to 31, 2025, the contest received 855 valid entries, many of which were carefully invested, demonstrating understanding, enthusiasm and responsibility for the development of the Capital.

At the Conference, Dong Da Ward awarded 3 groups and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in the competition. The success of the competition is an important first step , creating motivation for the ward to continue to bring the Capital Law into life, contributing to building Dong Da Ward and Hanoi Capital increasingly civilized and modern.
