At noon on November 7, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan and the provincial working delegation were present at the scene to commend the local forces in ensuring safety in the area.
At the same time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the forces to urgently fix the problem to ensure people can travel on the main road. Comrade Pham Anh Tuan assigned the units to complete the temporary repair by Sunday morning (November 9).
