According to the plan, the scope and subjects of the review are the entire area of ​​public land and assets attached to the land, including: agricultural land for public purposes; non-agricultural land assigned to the ward People's Committee for use in the construction of the People's Committee headquarters, public works serving cultural, educational, medical, physical education, sports, entertainment, markets, cemeteries and other public works of the ward; religious land and belief land that have not been assigned for management and use. Accordingly, statistics and a specific list of public land plots in the ward under management will be compiled... At the same time, a plan for management and use of public land funds will be developed...

At the conference, Chairman of Chon Thanh Ward People's Committee Nguyen Anh Tai requested specialized departments, the Center and 24 residential areas to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to actively participate in land management. Implement well the contents according to the proposed plan. Advise the Ward People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to supplement the planning, land use plan, construction plan and request approval to implement the public land use plan according to regulations.
