Police Director becomes Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee

The Executive Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee has just held a conference to elect the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.


The conference approved the report of the Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee on introducing personnel to submit to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for election to the position of Deputy Secretary of the 17th Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

In a secret ballot, Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc, Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police, was elected by the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee with 100% of the votes.

Leaders of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc.

In addition, the Executive Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee also voted and unanimously introduced Mr. Ngoc to be elected by the Ha Giang Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc (born in 1972, hometown in Nghia Hung commune, Vinh Tuong district, Vinh Phuc ). His professional qualifications are Doctor of Law, Bachelor of Economics, and Senior in Political Theory.

Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc has held positions such as: Chief of Phu Tho Town Police (Phu Tho Province); Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police, Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police.
