On the afternoon of June 16, Binh Dinh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the President and the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Binh Dinh Provincial Police announced the decision to transfer Colonel Le Quang Nhan (born in 1969; hometown Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province), Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of Binh Dinh Provincial Police from June 15.
Binh Dinh Provincial Police also announcedthe President 's decision to promote Mr. Le Quang Nhan to the rank of Major General.
Speaking at the ceremony, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung emphasized that the consolidation of key leadership personnel of the provincial police is an important step to maintain political security and social order and safety in the area. He believes that Major General Le Quang Nhan, with his experience and working capacity, will work with the provincial police leadership to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
In his acceptance speech, Major General Le Quang Nhan pledged to make every effort to complete his work well, especially during the period of merging the police of Binh Dinh and Gia Lai provinces into the new Gia Lai Provincial Police. He affirmed that he would focus on stabilizing the organization, quickly putting the new apparatus into effective operation, serving well the political tasks, and maintaining security and order in the area.
