The Luong Dinh Cua Award is organized by the Central Youth Union Secretariat to honor and reward outstanding rural youth in starting a business. The Luong Dinh Cua Award winners in 2024 are the most outstanding and outstanding young people unanimously selected by the Award Council from 89 nominations from 56 Provincial and Municipal Youth Unions. Bac Kan is honored to have Ms. Ca Thi Bay - Director of Hong Phat Agricultural Cooperative receive this Award.
In 2023, Hong Phat Agricultural Cooperative was established with 15 members, with Ms. Ca Thi Bay as Director. Currently, the Cooperative has 2 products that have achieved 3 OCOP stars at the provincial level: Bay Tham leaf yeast corn wine and Bay Tham leaf yeast rice wine.
The 19th Luong Dinh Cua Award Ceremony is expected to be held on November 29 in Thai Binh province./.
