Director of the Department of Finance becomes Secretary of the Truc Ninh District Party Committee

According to the announced decision, Mr. Pham Thanh Trung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Finance of Nam Dinh province, ceased to be Director of this department; was assigned, transferred, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee of Truc Ninh district, term 2020-2025, from July 1, 2024.

Immediately after the decision was announced, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province Pham Dinh Nghi handed over the decision on assignment, transfer and appointment to Mr. Pham Thanh Trung.

Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, Secretary of Truc Ninh District Party Committee, was transferred and appointed by her superiors as Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the province, replacing Mr. Hoang Duc Trong who reached retirement age.

Mr. Pham Thanh Trung, 46 years old, before becoming Director of the Department of Finance of Nam Dinh province, held the positions of Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province.

Truc Ninh District is located in the Southeast of Nam Dinh Province, about 12 km from Nam Dinh City; has 18 communes, 3 towns; 143.95 km² wide, population of over 182,000 people, adjacent to the Red River, Ninh Co River; has many traditional craft villages. Truc Ninh District has met the standards of a New Rural District for the period 2010-2020, currently some communes in the district have met the standards of Advanced New Rural, Model New Rural.

On the same day, at Truong Chinh Political School, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nam Dinh Province Le Quoc Chinh also presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointing Ms. Hoang Thi Chau Yen, Head of the Party Building Department, to hold the position of Vice Principal of Truong Chinh Political School from July 1, 2024, with a term of office of 5 years.
