Allocation of production forest land to 136 individuals in Tan Hai village

(QBĐT) - On April 23, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh district issued Decisions No. 840, 841, 842 and 843/QD-UBND on allocating production forest land to 136 individuals in Tan Hai village, Hai Ninh commune (Quang Ninh).

Accordingly, Decision No. 840 assigned 37 individuals to share an area of 20,025.2 ^{m 2} ; Decision No. 841 assigned 41 individuals to share an area of 21,010.8 m ² ; Decision No. 842 assigned 30 individuals to share an area of 15,411.6 m ² ; Decision No. 843 assigned 28 individuals to share an area of 17,021.4 m ² of land in Hai Ninh commune ( Quang Ninh ).

Decision No. 842/QD-UBND dated April 23, 2025 of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh district on allocating production forest land to individuals in Tan Hai village, Hai Ninh commune (Quang Ninh).

The purpose of land use is production forest land and the State allocates land without collecting land use fees. The method of land allocation based on results is land allocation without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

Quang Ninh District People's Committee has assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate the handover of land on the field, grant certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to land users according to regulations. Relevant units and localities will complete the procedures according to regulations to promptly handle the situation for the people as soon as possible.

Quang Ninh District People's Committee and Hai Ninh Commune carry out procedures to grant land use right certificates to people of Hai Ninh Commune.

Currently, the People's Committee of Hai Ninh commune has mobilized maximum human resources, established working groups to go to the villages to support people in completing documents and procedures for requesting land allocation. With the drastic and timely participation of the working group, on April 23 and the morning of April 24 alone, the working group completed 11/17 groups of Tan Hai village.

After completing the dossier, Hai Ninh Commune People's Committee transferred the dossier to the functional departments of Quang Ninh District People's Committee for appraisal and submitted to the Chairman of the District People's Committee for signing. On April 23, Quang Ninh District People's Committee also issued decisions for 5 groups, with 136 cases.

Quang Ninh District People's Committee strives to complete the issuance of land use right certificates, property ownership rights attached to land and land allocation to people of Hai Ninh commune before May 15, 2025.
