"Through this match, we will learn a lot about expertise, especially in the period when the team is rejuvenating the squad. The Vietnamese women's team will need to have a harmonious arrangement between experienced players and young players to help the new players get used to the playing style. Therefore, we set a learning goal, the whole team will compete with high determination to bring about the best results" - Coach Mai Duc Chung shared.
For his part, Werder Bremen head coach Thomas Horch expressed his pride in being part of the Vietnam National Team's preparations towards important goals this year: "We have just finished the Bundesliga season and moved to Vietnam. The weather in Vietnam is different from Germany. However, we still have to try our best to adapt and be ready for tomorrow's match."
Coach Thomas Horch also admitted that he did not know much about the Vietnam Women's Team, but had watched a match of Coach Mai Duc Chung and his team during the Vietnam Women's Team's training trip to Germany in September 2024.

"Werder Bremen is a team with a strong and even team, playing well on the field, implementing tactics, strategies, and controlling the ball well. Hopefully we will show it in tomorrow's match" - Coach Thomas shared.
