Delegating the authority to handle administrative violations to 3 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee

(LĐ online) - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai has just signed a Decision to assign the authority to handle administrative violations to 3 Vice Chairmen of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the authority to 3 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Mr. Vo Ngoc Hiep, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Mr. Pham S to handle administrative violations, apply preventive measures and ensure handling of administrative violations in the assigned fields of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021-2026 and other fields when assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The term of power is until the end of the 2021-2026 term or when a replacement decision is made.

The Provincial People's Committee also requires that while conducting administrative violation handling activities, the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee must be responsible for their decisions before the law and before the person who delegated the authority to impose penalties.
