During the program, Mr. Kieu Cong Minh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Insurance and Mr. Bon Yo Soan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee signed the cooperation program in the presence of representatives of officials and leaders of both sides.
The coordination content focuses on propagating and mobilizing people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws related to social insurance and health insurance; disseminating new points in the Social Insurance Law and Health Insurance Law so that cadres, party members, employers, employees and people clearly understand the meaning, role and benefits of these policies. Thereby, creating consensus and unity in implementation, contributing to promoting people to participate in social insurance, health insurance and voluntary insurance.
The focus is on the movement "All people participate in voluntary social insurance and health insurance" associated with the implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and the movement "Cadres, civil servants, workers, union members and association members actively propagate and mobilize; set an example in supporting their relatives to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance".
The coordination program also calls on and mobilizes philanthropists, donors, organizations, and businesses inside and outside the province to contribute and support people to participate in voluntary social insurance, buy health insurance cards for people in difficult circumstances, especially households living in difficult socio -economic areas. At the same time, mobilize social resources to support additional contributions for farmers, the poor, low-income people, and workers in the informal sector, as well as support health insurance contributions for students and participating households.
At the same time, the two sides coordinate in directing and guiding the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies and regimes for all classes of people in the province. Inspect and supervise the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance and provide comments and social criticism on draft legal documents on social insurance and health insurance. Research, propose, and recommend the development, amendment, and supplementation of policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance.
Mr. Kieu Cong Minh, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Social Insurance, said that the coordination program aims to improve the quality and efficiency in organizing the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies and regimes according to the provisions of law; at the same time, mobilizing and supporting people in difficult circumstances to participate, ensuring that no one is left behind. In addition, the program also aims to propose and recommend practical solutions to effectively implement social insurance and health insurance policies, contributing to the completion of the national strategic goals by 2030.
