Because some deeply flooded areas were gradually receding, the group was arranged to help people in Tuy Hoa ward clean up and sanitize their houses and roads, collect trees, objects, and furniture swept away by the flood to stabilize their lives.

In addition, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police transported necessities brought by the working group from Dong Nai to the local government to continue distributing to people suffering from flood damage in this area.

According to the Provincial Police, earlier on the morning of November 22, the first working group of the Provincial Police, consisting of 16 officers and soldiers, directly coordinated with the Hoa Xuan Commune Police (Dak Lak) to cross the flood, bringing food, drinking water and necessities to the people in the flooded areas. Not only providing supplies, the officers and soldiers also directly participated in rescuing and helping people in difficulty amid the rushing water. In particular, the officers and soldiers coordinated with local police to bring the elderly, the sick, women and children to safety. Many families were evacuated from the danger zone at night, when the floodwaters rose and heavy rain continued.

Although roads were cut off and floodwaters were flowing rapidly, officers and soldiers showed a spirit of resilience and responsibility: "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people".

It is known that the area that the working group of Dong Nai Provincial Police has reached is a deep area of Hoa Xuan commune, Dak Lak province, where more than 23,000 households are being severely affected by the flood.

As reported, on the afternoon of November 22, in response to the urgent need to support people in flood-hit areas, Dong Nai Provincial Police organized a ceremony to support people in flood-hit areas of Dak Lak province with 115 officers and soldiers along with many machines, equipment and vehicles to help people. This is the second working group that Dong Nai Provincial Police has strengthened to help people in flood-hit areas of the Central region.
