Accordingly, on November 23, the police of 9 wards including Bien Hoa, Tran Bien, Tam Hiep, Long Binh, Trang Dai, Ho Nai, Long Hung, Phuoc Tan, and Tam Phuoc deployed points to receive goods and necessities sent by people and businesses to support people affected by floods in the Central region.

According to the records at the police stations of Tran Bien, Bien Hoa, Tam Hiep wards..., the police force of the wards has arranged officers and soldiers on duty to receive items from people to support such as: instant noodles, rice, milk, bottled water, candies of all kinds, clothes, daily necessities of people...

On the afternoon of November 23, after receiving the goods, local police transferred tons of goods to the provincial police warehouse so that tomorrow morning, November 24, they will arrange shipments to the Central region to promptly support people.

According to records, in less than a day, at the local police reception locations, thousands of people came to support goods and necessities sent to the people of Central Vietnam.

According to the Provincial Police, in the face of the complicated flood situation in Dak Lak province and the Central provinces causing heavy damage to people and property, seriously affecting people's lives; implementing the direction of the Ministry of Public Security , the Provincial Police organized 2 working groups to support response, rescue, and overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
Continuing to promote the spirit of mutual love and service to the people, the Provincial Police Department has built a plan to mobilize support for people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods.
Accordingly, police chiefs of units and localities mobilize officers, soldiers and people to contribute funds or supplies to deliver to people in flood-affected areas.
In addition to cash, goods and necessities will be received by the police of wards and communes, then gathered at the Provincial Police to continue arranging vehicles for transport to the Central provinces.
As of 3:30 p.m. on November 23, Bien Hoa Ward Police had received 1,454 boxes of instant noodles of all kinds; 707 boxes of mineral water; 106 boxes of milk of all kinds; more than 4.9 tons of rice; 10 boxes of sausages, 50 bags of clothes of all kinds and 47 bags of candy of all kinds.
In addition, the police of the wards: Long Binh, Tran Bien, Tam Hiep, Trang Dai... also transported many trucks of goods to the Provincial Police to continue transporting to the Central provinces.
In the first phase (November 23), the Provincial Police directed the police of the 9 above mentioned localities to organize the reception. By the morning of November 24, they will immediately organize transportation to the localities in need of support.
Continuing with the second phase (from November 24) onwards, the police of the remaining wards and communes in the province will organize to receive support from the people and will continue to arrange transportation to affected localities.
Also according to the Provincial Police, after 2 rounds of reinforcements to support people in flood-affected areas, the Provincial Police will continue to arrange working group No. 3 to localities affected by floods to provide support.
