Specifically, the Principal of Duong Dong Kindergarten was reprimanded for violations in organizing and managing activities related to the quality of nurturing, caring for, andeducating children at the school, failing to check the situation of classes, not handling information in a timely manner, allowing the teachers to behave inappropriately as many images taken from cameras reflected on social networks.

The Vice Principal of Duong Dong Kindergarten was also reprimanded for lack of inspection and supervision in managing and operating classes, and untimely handling of information, leading to inappropriate behavior of teachers as shown in the camera images appearing on social networks.

Four teachers, including NTDP, LTX, Q, NHN, and TTH, were all disciplined with a reprimand due to violations of substandard conduct and violations of legal regulations on non-compliance with procedures, professional regulations, professional ethics, and conduct in performing professional activities.

As Thanh Nien reported, on the afternoon of March 22, many clips appeared on Facebook, recording images of some kindergarten teachers using their hands and objects to continuously impact children during class.

Among them, there is a clip recording the image of a teacher making about 20 students sit with their arms crossed and their faces down on the table, forcing them to be quiet. When a child disobeyed, the teacher used a ruler to hit the table repeatedly to threaten them, and sometimes she used her hand to hit the child's head to make him sit still.

In another clip, the teacher had the students line up in a U-shape to play a game. When a student was not concentrating, the teacher came and patted the student on the shoulder and then used her hand to pinch the student's ear, causing the student to almost be lifted up. There was also a clip recording a teacher holding an electric mosquito racket and hitting the student's head when the student was not lining up properly.

The actions of the teachers in the clip are considered offensive and anti-educational, causing outrage in public opinion.

The location of the incident in the clips was later identified as Duong Dong Kindergarten (Duong Dong Ward, Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province). The clips also recorded the time of the incident in February and March 2025.

After receiving the feedback, Phu Quoc City leaders sent a document to the Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Education and Training, and Duong Dong Kindergarten regarding the handling of responsibilities of teachers and the Board of Directors of Duong Dong Kindergarten.
