In 2011, after 3 years as a teacher in charge of the Youth Union, Ms. Huyen was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam .
"This is an important milestone that both recognizes my efforts and motivates me to strive to improve myself and complete my tasks well," Ms. Huyen said.
During her 16 years as the Team Leader, Ms. Huyen has advised the school's Board of Directors to implement many models and activities aimed at students, including the Experiential Playground model.
On the school yard from the entrance, she drew folk games, physical games, intellectual games, etc. to create a playground for students during recess. At the same time, she mobilized donors to support the construction of multi-purpose playgrounds. In particular, to maximize the effectiveness of the models, Ms. Huyen coordinated with PhysicalEducation teachers or homeroom teachers to organize many fun activities for students.
In the 2023-2024 school year, Le Quy Don Secondary School's Union also coordinated with the school to build a model of the House of Wisdom located in the library and small corners of the soccer field, classroom area... Here, in addition to reading books, students can also participate in games.
Deputy Secretary of Vinh Cuu District Youth Union Tran Thi Giang commented that Ms. Huyen is one of the enthusiastic, dynamic, creative teachers in charge of the Youth Union, always having many new ideas and good models for the Youth Union members and children; contributing to improving the effectiveness of the Youth Union and the Children's Movement of the district.
