Introducing two special publications on the Party and the People's Public Security

The books "When the people need, when the people are in difficulty, there is the Police" and "The Communist Party of Vietnam through the congresses - Historical decisions" published by the National Political Publishing House Truth have just been introduced within the framework of the National Achievements Exhibition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day.

On August 28, at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), the Truth National Political Publishing House in collaboration with the Central Public Security Party Committee - Ministry of Public Security organized a book launch ceremony "When the people need, when the people are in difficulty, there is the Public Security" and " The Communist Party of Vietnam through congresses - Historic decisions".

This is an important event to open the book exhibition activities organized within the framework of the National Achievements Exhibition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2 - one of the most brilliant pages in our nation's history, a major milestone on the path of development throughout the history of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people.

The book “When the people need, when the people are in trouble, there is the Public Security” is an important publication compiled under the direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, gathering authentic and touching documents, stories, and images about the silent, immense contributions of the People's Public Security force throughout the history of the revolution, especially in peacetime. Thereby, affirming the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force, absolutely loyal to the Party, to the Fatherland, closely attached to the people, "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people".

The book "When people need, when people are in trouble, there are police" gathers documents, stories, and real and touching images about the silent, immense contributions of the People's Police force.

The book “The Communist Party of Vietnam through Congresses - Historical Decisions” edited by Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam analyzes and clarifies the historical decisions of the Party at each congress, guiding the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people to organize and carry out revolutionary tasks in accordance with the requirements of the new situation. This is not only a profound theoretical and practical summary work, but also a summary of valuable lessons learned during the process of the Party leading the Vietnamese revolution.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House, affirmed that the compilation, editing and publication of the book "When the people need, when the people are in trouble, there is the Police" is a continuation of the concretization of the Regulations on coordination in protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety between the Ministry of Public Security and the National Political Publishing House, Truth, in the past time.

Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth spoke at the book launch ceremony.

He emphasized that the content of the book truly reflects the spirit of being close to the people, understanding the people, and serving the people of the People's Public Security force; clearly showing the "blood" relationship between the Public Security and the people. This will be an important document for Party committees at all levels to study and research in order to serve the political tasks of Party organizations in the People's Public Security force.

Meanwhile, with the spirit that our Party's history is "a golden history book", the book "The Communist Party of Vietnam through Congresses - Historical Decisions" has special significance in reviewing the Party's precious traditions, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The book "The Communist Party of Vietnam through Congresses - Historical Decisions" is edited by Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam.

Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam stated that since its inception, the Communist Party of Vietnam has gone through 13 National Congresses. Each Party Congress is an important historical milestone recording the victories, achievements and lessons learned along with the maturity of our Party's theoretical thinking and leadership activities in practice.

Faced with the requirements and tasks of the new era - the era of national advancement, our Party continues to strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean and strong in all aspects; fight to prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", firmly protect the revolutionary achievements and innovation achievements of our people and our nation.

The National Political Publishing House Truth presented 2 books to leaders of the Party, State, central ministries, branches and some units under the Ministry of Public Security.

On this occasion, to spread the value and meaning of the two special publications, the Truth National Political Publishing House presented the books "When the people need, when the people are in difficulty, there is the Police" and "The Communist Party of Vietnam through its congresses - Historic decisions" to leaders of the Party, State, central ministries, branches and some units under the Ministry of Public Security.
