Identifying the tourism market of the southern provinces, especially Ho Chi Minh City, as playing an important role in the capital's tourism industry, the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize the program "Promoting and introducing products, combining promotion and promotion of tourism linking the capital Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City".
The program aims to promote and introduce craft villages, craft village products, OCOP products, cuisine , specialties, typical and unique tourism products of Hanoi Capital to the majority of Ho Chi Minh City residents, domestic and international tourists. At the same time, the program helps strengthen the cooperative relationship between Hanoi Capital and Ho Chi Minh City in promoting and exploiting the potential and advantages of trade and tourism between the two localities in particular and the region in general.
Accordingly, the program is expected to take place from August 23-25, 2024 at Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).
Within the framework of the program, the following activities will take place: Organizing performance spaces for artisans and skilled workers of seven traditional craft villages in Hanoi through historical periods; exhibition space, introducing 70 typical products of traditional craft villages through the periods.
Along with that, there is a space to perform and experience traditional Hanoi cuisine; a space to stage models and miniatures of Hanoi culture and tourism; a space to promote and connect Hanoi tourism.
Within the framework of the program, there are also events and activities to promote tourism between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City; experiential activities for locals and tourists to practice their profession and try out products...
The program "Promoting and introducing products, combining promotion and promotion of tourism linking Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City" aims to introduce the cultural beauty of Trang An and Xu Doai, attractive tourism products of the capital, thereby stimulating tourism demand and strengthening tourism links between the two largest cities in the country.
