Should someone good at Computer Science go to a university or a polytechnic university?

I'm confident I'll get accepted into the Information Technology/Computer Science programs at the University of Science and Technology and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, but I don't know which one to choose.

I was born in 2006 and am currently preparing for next year's university entrance exam. I have a great passion for Computer Science, having won second prize in the provincial-level Computer Science competition for 12th-grade students (advanced level) and a bronze medal in the April 30th Olympic competition. I want to pursue a degree in Computer Science when I go to university. The two universities I'm considering are the University of Science and Technology and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

My family advises me that the Polytechnic University is famous and graduates easily find jobs. However, I've noticed that while the university excels in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, its Computer Science program seems less prominent compared to the University of Science. I'd appreciate any advice on which university offers better Information Technology/Computer Science programs. I want to dedicate my youth to the most deserving institution.
