The roots of knowledge begin with the teacher.

Amidst the rapid development of science, technology, and digital technology, the position and role of the teacher remain unchanged and irreplaceable. This is because the teacher is always the root, the place where knowledge is sown and grows.

In early childhood, parents are the first and most important teachers in a child's life. The first knowledge a child receives is love, morality, and basic life skills (walking, speaking, understanding the world around them). The foundation of family culture and gentle discipline are the initial roots that help children understand the meaning of learning.

The learning process in school is where the role of the teacher is clearly defined at various levels. Kindergarten teachers help children integrate into society, develop thinking skills through play, and become familiar with rules outside the home. Elementary school teachers build the basic tools for accessing knowledge (reading, writing, arithmetic); learning methods, patience, self-discipline, etc.

Teachers become the sowers of learning methods, igniting passion and guiding learners in nurturing the roots of their personal knowledge.
