The only young police officer in Hai Duong was praised by the Ministry of Public Security

Captain Nguyen Van Thanh is one of 80 commune-level police youths who were awarded certificates of merit and honored by the Ministry of Public Security at the Commendation Ceremony for outstanding and outstanding commune, ward and town police youths in 2025.

Mr. Thanh was recently honored to be one of 80 young commune-level police officers nationwide to receive a certificate of merit from the Minister of Public Security for his outstanding achievements in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level in 2025. He is also the only person in the province to have this honor.

Mr. Thanh was born in 1990 in Trinh Xuyen village, Nghia An commune, and has been working at An Duc commune police (in the same Ninh Giang district) for about 5 years now. Before that, he worked at the Traffic Police - Order Team, Social Order Crime Investigation Police, Ninh Giang District Police.

In the commune, as Deputy Chief of Commune Police, the work areas that Mr. Thanh is in charge of are more numerous and diverse. There are some tasks that Mr. Thanh is not familiar with so he has to learn a lot.

With the spirit of a young police officer, Mr. Thanh is proactive and creative in his work, and together with the An Duc Commune Police, he performs his duties well.

Thanks to that, during peak periods and important campaigns, the An Duc Commune Police always achieved good results and were rewarded. Captain Nguyen Duc Thanh personally also received a certificate of merit for his contributions.

In 2023 and 2024, Mr. Thanh was awarded the title of grassroots emulation fighter by the Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police. In 2024, he was awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of Ninh Giang District People's Committee for his achievements in implementing the Project on Building Safe Villages, Safe Residential Areas, Safe Agencies and Enterprises in terms of Security and Order and his achievements in the peak period of attacking, suppressing crime, ensuring security and order during the 2024 Giap Thin New Year.

Captain Nguyen Van Thanh, born in 1990 in Trinh Xuyen village, Nghia An commune, is currently the Deputy Chief of Police of An Duc commune (Ninh Giang district) handling administrative procedures for people.

At the headquarters, Mr. Thanh placed his desk in the "one-stop" department of An Duc Commune Police on the first floor, right in the first room from the entrance for the convenience of people coming to work.

"If every time a citizen needs to request confirmation, they have to find a room and run up and down, which is inconvenient, especially for the elderly who have difficulty moving around, so I always work at the one-stop department for convenience. At the same time, I am also close to the people and the officers and soldiers," Mr. Thanh shared.

As Deputy Chief of Commune Police, Secretary of the Party Cell, Secretary of the Commune Police Youth Union, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, Mr. Thanh actively participates in movements in the locality where he works.

In the past time, he and the youth of An Duc commune have contributed, mobilized, and guided people to install and activate electronic identification. On every holiday and Tet, he and the youth union members visit and mobilize social support resources to give gifts to families with revolutionary contributions, students in difficult circumstances, and people with disabilities in the commune.

The achievements of Captain Nguyen Van Thanh are recognition of his efforts in the past and motivation for him to continue to do well in the future.
