With the goal of "Promoting administrative reform, improving the business environment...", in the first four months of 2025, Ha Giang implemented tasks and solutions to overcome difficulties, strengthen digital transformation, apply information technology, and connect and share data between state agencies to improve the quality and efficiency of administrative procedures, and better serve the people and businesses.
As a civil servant in charge of civil registration in Phuong Do commune, Ha Giang city, Ms. Mai Thi Huyen Trang understands and feels most clearly the benefits of promoting digital transformation and applying information technology, linking and sharing data in resolving administrative procedures for citizens and businesses. Therefore, she and other officials at the Administrative Procedure Reception and Results Delivery Department of the commune regularly update their knowledge and new directives and regulations to serve their professional work.

With the goal of processing 100% of administrative procedures online, Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province have done a good job of promoting and encouraging people to participate in online public services through software and applications like VneID. The Provincial People's Committee has standardized 1,955 procedures after restructuring the district and provincial-level administrative apparatus. The rate of timely processing of applications is very high, reaching 99.15% at the departmental level, 97.52% at the district level, and 98.45% at the commune level.

Along with that, the completion of the institutional framework for building and developing e-government and digital government continues to receive attention. The province has restructured the Steering Committee for breakthrough development in science , technology, innovation and digital transformation in Ha Giang province. The implementation of online public services reached 34.92%; partially online public services reached 33.82%; the rate of online application submission reached 83.79%, of which 94.65% were processed on time.
