The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the project to upgrade and expand the road connecting Noi Bai International Airport through the Soc Son satellite urban area to the road connecting Dai Lai Tourist Area ( Vinh Phuc province).
The project to upgrade and expand the road connecting Noi Bai International Airport through Soc Son satellite urban area to the road connecting Dai Lai Tourist Area (Vinh Phuc province) has a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND.
The project passes through the communes of Minh Tri, Minh Phu, Quang Tien, Hien Ninh, Tien Duoc (Soc Son district). The project implementation period is from 2026 to 2029. The People's Committee of Soc Son district was assigned by the People's Committee of Hanoi as the investor.

The route is approximately 10.13km long; cross-section is 50m. The starting point of the route intersects with the road connecting Soc Son satellite urban area with Vo Nguyen Giap street; the end point intersects with the road connecting Dai Lai tourist area to Soc Son district.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the investor, the People's Committee of Soc Son district, to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to complete the feasibility study report and submit it to the competent authority to decide on project investment in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Investment.
According to the Decision of the Hanoi People's Committee, the project aims to connect inter-provincial traffic between the provinces: Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai through the satellite city of Soc Son to Noi Bai International Airport; connecting with Vo Nguyen Giap Street to the center of Hanoi capital.
The project also aims to connect the main traffic axes in Soc Son district such as National Highway 3, Road 35, Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway... contributing to the step-by-step planning for the development of satellite urban areas approved by the Hanoi People's Committee.
Through the project, create development momentum, attract investors to promote the construction of technical infrastructure of Soc Son satellite urban area, in order to meet the development goals according to the planning until 2030.
