Following the directives of the Central Party Committee and the Politburo on the implementation of Resolution 57, the Hanoi City Party Committee has agreed on a policy of centralized and synchronized management, creating breakthroughs in the application of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
To concretize this goal, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee issued a decision on the list of shared digital transformation applications at all three levels, applicable to all Party, government, Fatherland Front , and socio-political organizations of the City.

Accordingly, Hanoi launched shared digital transformation applications on the morning of March 3rd. These applications include a document management and city administration system for Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations at all levels; software for building work programs and schedules for the City Party Committee; a virtual assistant for document Q&A; and a virtual assistant for document review and evaluation.
This is not only an important step towards improving management and administration efficiency, but also a foundation for building a modern, transparent political system that better meets the needs of citizens and businesses, contributing to the sustainable development of the capital city in the digital age.

This morning, four agencies, including the City Party Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, the City People's Committee Office, and the City Public Administration Service Center, signed a competition agreement to affirm the leading role of the capital city in the process of innovation and digital transformation.
Specifically, the Office of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City will advise on and develop breakthrough mechanisms and policies on innovation, digital transformation, and promoting socio-economic development.
This unit will build a model "digital office," applying advanced technologies (AI, Blockchain, virtual reality, etc.) to improve management and operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, the City's Public Administrative Service Center will ensure that 100% of essential public services reach level 4, integrating big data and AI to support citizens and businesses.
The City's Public Administrative Service Center aims for 100% of administrative procedures to be processed digitally, raising the satisfaction level of citizens and businesses to over 95%. Hanoi will build a transparent and efficient digital public service ecosystem, integrating data across multiple sectors.
