Hanoi: Stop operating 18 routes, adjust routes of 91 bus routes on the occasion of September 2

According to information from the Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center, the Center has requested businesses participating in providing public passenger transport services in Hanoi to coordinate in implementing some adjustments to suit the traffic flow plans, best meeting the travel needs of the people during the rehearsal days (August 29 and 30) and the official celebration (September 1 and 2).

Organize the operation of routes according to the traffic diversion plan to serve the rehearsal and official celebration as follows:

Stop operating 18 bus routes (route no. 24, 23, 31, 38, Citytour 01, 34, 55, 41, 146, Citytour 03, 159, 144, E05, E07, E08, 43TC, E11, Citytour 02) from the time of traffic diversion.

Adjusting routes for 52 bus routes during traffic diversion: Adjusting routes for 12 routes (route numbers 16, 01, 03A, 30, 33, 27, 51, 42, 161, E02, E03, 48, 23TC); U-turn adjustment for 39 routes (BRT routes 01, 11, 12, 28, 17, 36, 54, 02, 04, 13, 22A, 26, 32, 40, 50, 52, 90, 98, 99, 100, 107, 86, 08A, 08B, 09A, 09B, 19, 25, 35A, 49, 58, 60A, 65, 143, 142, E09, 43, 47A, 69).

People can use virtual bus tickets from September 1.

Adjusting services for 39 bus routes for the rehearsal and official service, including adjusting services from the time of traffic diversion for 4 routes (route numbers 35A, 25, 50, 26), adjusting services and extending operating hours (late closing and early opening) for 35 routes (route numbers BRT01, 01, 02, 32, 90, 105, 107, 62, 66, 89, 91, 102, 114, 117, 124, 58, E02, E09, 72, 123, 28, 29, 20A, 20B, 22A, 92, 08A, 08B, 21A, 49, 60B, 157, 163, E03, 43) to transport passengers connecting to urban railway stations, transferring to the city center.

The plan to connect and clear urban railway stations (Cat Linh station, Cau Giay station) and Long Bien transfer point (from 11:00 to 15:00 (August 30 and September 2) is specifically implemented as follows:

At Cat Linh station, 8 bus routes (02, 99, 142, 08B, E02, E09, 35A, BRT01) are organized to access and relieve passengers at Cat Linh station with 83 vehicles, frequency 5-8 minutes/trip.

At Cau Giay station (Cau Giay transfer point), 14 bus routes (143, 58, 13, 161, 09B, 90, 25, 32, 28, 49, 09A, 07, 96, 105) are organized to access and relieve passengers at Cat Linh station with 130 vehicles, frequency 3-5 minutes/trip.

At Long Bien transit point, 9 bus routes (69, 47A, 43, 65, 54, 100, 98, 17, 11) are organized to access and relieve passengers at Long Bien transit point with 88 vehicles, frequency 5-7 minutes/trip.

For routes with adjusted routes, adjusted endpoints, and adjusted U-turns (without adjusting services), follow the prescribed route until requested by the authorities. From the time the road is closed at the request of the authorities until the end of the shift, follow the adjusted plan.

For bus routes that turn around, service adjustments must be made according to the adjusted schedule from the time the road is closed as requested by the authorities.

Hanoi officially issues non-physical urban railway tickets from September 1

On August 29, to ensure good service for travel needs, facilitate the purchase of monthly tickets, and improve service quality on urban railway routes, the Hanoi City Traffic Management and Operation Center announced that it will issue virtual monthly tickets (non-physical monthly tickets) on urban railway routes. Along with the issuance of virtual monthly tickets from September 1, Hanoi will increase train trips, extend operating hours, and waive tickets for passengers during the National Day holiday on September 2 to improve the experience of urban transport services.

Specifically, the scope of application includes: 1-month tickets, as well as long-term monthly tickets (multi-month tickets) on route 2A Cat Linh-Ha Dong and route 3.1 Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station. The application period is from September 1, 2025.

For Hanoi Railway One Member Limited Liability Company, carry out propaganda, guide passengers to register, buy tickets, use tickets; Notify managers, operators, controllers, ticket sellers... to implement according to the process; Monitor output and revenue through the electronic ticket system login account issued by the center and make revenue settlement according to regulations.
