Hanoi: Reorganizing the Emulation Council

Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi City Emulation and Commendation Council has 20 members, chaired by Comrade Tran Sy Thanh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Committee.

According to information from the Hanoi Department of Internal Affairs, the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1306/QD-UBND on the restructuring of the Hanoi City Emulation and Commendation Council.

Accordingly, the Hanoi City Emulation and Commendation Council has 20 members, chaired by Comrade Tran Sy Thanh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Committee.

The four Vice-Chairpersons of the Council are: Mr. Le Hong Son - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairperson of the Hanoi City People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City; Mr. Tran Dinh Canh - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Director of the Hanoi Department of Internal Affairs; and Mr. Pham Quang Thanh - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Chairperson of the Hanoi City Federation of Labor.

Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, has been appointed Chairman of the Hanoi City Emulation and Commendation Council.

The 14 Council members include: Mr. Hoang Trong Quyet - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi City Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Mr. Nguyen Doan Toan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Hanoi City Party Committee; Mr. Do Anh Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Hanoi City Party Committee; Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Council; Mr. Ha Minh Hai - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Department of the Hanoi City Party Committee; Mr. Truong Viet Dung - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Chief of the Office of the Hanoi City People's Committee; Mr. Tran Duc Hoat - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Chief Inspector of Hanoi City; Ms. Le Kim Anh - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, President of the Hanoi City Women's Union; Ms. Pham Hai Hoa - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, President of the Hanoi City Farmers' Association; Ms. Chu Hong Minh - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi City; Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tuan - Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command; Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police; Major General Le Nhu Duc - Chairman of the Hanoi City Veterans Association; and Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha - Deputy Head of the Hanoi City Emulation and Commendation Board.

The Standing Member of the Council is Mr. Nguyen Cong Bang - Head of the Emulation and Commendation Board of Hanoi City.

This decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 903/QD-UBND dated February 19, 2024 of the Hanoi People's Committee.
