In addition, units and localities need to promote the implementation of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", improve the quality of building cultural families associated with building cultural villages and residential groups, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; prevent and combat social evils and protect a green, clean and beautiful environment; pay attention to building and implementing village and community conventions associated with implementing a civilized lifestyle, in weddings and funerals in localities and units.

Units and localities review regulations that are no longer suitable for implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings and funerals, and supplement regulations suitable to the conditions of each locality, agency, and unit; evaluate and summarize difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process; strengthen inspection work and promptly handle violations in implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings and funerals in conjunction with the content of the tasks of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life".
