To achieve this goal, Mr. Phong asked the leaders of the city's education sector and the leaders of 126 communes and wards to have a deeper awareness of their roles, responsibilities, missions, and roles in the capital's education and in the country.

Mr. Phong also noted that the Hanoi education sector must implement more strongly, not only encourage but also develop a plan to deploy STEM education, creative education in schools, make English the second foreign language, regardless of inner-city or suburban schools; promote digital transformation, quickly build a teacher database for the entire city, at all levels of education.
