In particular, according to the assessment results of the People and Business Service Index on the National Public Service Portal after 3 weeks of operating the 2-level local government model, Ha Tinh achieved 78.18 points, ranking first in the system of 34 provinces and cities, of which: the transparency index reached 14.92 points, the progress of handling administrative procedures reached 18.05 points, online services reached 10.21 points, satisfaction level reached 15.86 points, and digitalization of records reached 19.14 points.
