Haaland behaves nicely with De Bruyne

According to the Daily Mail , Haaland donated 5,000 euros to design and hang a large tifo to pay tribute to his teammate Kevin De Bruyne. This will be the Belgian midfielder's last appearance for Man City in a final. Haaland's idea was approved by fans and created a special moment at Wembley.

Ahead of the FA Cup final, De Bruyne confirmed he would leave Man City at the end of this season. He has had an illustrious career at the Etihad Stadium, contributing greatly to the club's many successes over the years.

Unfortunately, De Bruyne had an incomplete farewell day when Man City lost 0-1 to Crystal Palace and missed the chance to win the FA Cup. This is the first time since 2017 that Man City ended the season without any title (except the Community Shield). This is also the second season in Pep's coaching career that he has not won any title.

After the match, De Bruyne also shared about the future: "I want to play beautiful football, no matter where. I'm not sure if I will stay in the Premier League or not. My current decision depends on my family."

Currently, Man City is also uncertain to be present in the Champions League season 2025/26. The team is ranked 6th in the Premier League, 1 point behind the two teams above, Chelsea and Aston Villa, but has played 1 game less.
