Born without a father, musician Le Ba Thuong's mother took on the role of both father and mother, working hard to raise and educate her four children. After nearly 50 years of hard work, she did not hesitate to sacrifice her youth, accepting hardship so that her children could have a bright future. It was this love and resilience that became an endless source of inspiration for musician Le Ba Thuong's music , the greatest motivation to help him overcome adversity.
Recalling the difficult years, the musician's childhood was the days of being late to school, not starting first grade until he was 10 years old, having to both study and work to help his mother. However, thanks to his mother's encouragement, he overcame his inferiority complex, made efforts to study and train to become a doctor of economics , a lawyer, a university lecturer...

Although he did not receive formal musical training, in 2023, like a "traveler accidentally lost in the garden of music", he began to compose, leaving his mark with nearly 50 songs about love for his homeland, career, love between couples and especially motherly love.
The song "Dear Mother" is a heartfelt tribute, depicting a mother's journey of sacrifice from the time of pregnancy to the difficult years of raising her children.
The lyrics are simple and familiar, opening with the image of a mother "heavy with a thin body" because of "nine months of carrying her" and "stinging eyes" because of worries about life. Every breath of the child is also a hardship for the mother, but the mother is still "full" of love, hoping that the child will be "complete".

Performed by the soulful voice of singer Nguyen Han, the song pushes emotions to a climax in the chorus: "A mother's grace is as great as the sea, her love is as high as the sky." The child vows to remember her gratitude, live a filial life, and strive for success to repay that endless love.
Not stopping there, musician Le Ba Thuong continued to release a second song called Mother is everything as an affirmation that maternal love is sacred, immutable and irreplaceable.
The song uses many metaphors from nature such as sunlight, moon, warm arms to honor mother - the one who always illuminates, protects and is a solid support in her child's life. Mother's love appears as "my faith, warmth, strength, shoulder and future".
With the sweet and powerful voice of singer Hong Mo, the song becomes the common voice of many children, taking listeners through the emotions of gratitude, love and the promise of filial piety.
