In 2024, the work of controlling administrative procedures and innovating the implementation of the "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanisms in handling administrative procedures will focus on a number of main tasks: announcing administrative procedures, approving internal processes for each administrative procedure; monitoring and urging the public disclosure and posting of administrative procedures; reviewing and simplifying administrative procedures; handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment, without administrative boundaries through online public services; implementing interconnected administrative procedures; digitizing records and results of handling administrative procedures; increasing the rate of online and cashless payments in handling administrative procedures; exploiting and reusing digitized and electronically authenticated administrative procedure data.
In 2024, the whole province strives to publish 100% of administrative procedures related to people, businesses and internal administrative procedures in state administrative agencies within the prescribed time limit. All administrative procedures are posted and made public. 100% of administrative procedures are made public on the National Database of Administrative Procedures, the Provincial Database of Administrative Procedures and the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System, information pages of agencies, units and localities. Review and simplify internal administrative procedures, ensuring a rate of at least 50% of the total number of administrative procedures under management. The rate of providing full-process online public services over the total number of eligible administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal reaches at least 80%. The rate of online payment on the National Public Service Portal over the total number of payment transactions of public services reaches at least 45%...
