Can I get an Australian scholarship with good conduct?

I want to study abroad in Australia but I am worried that my poor conduct will affect my scholarship application.

Due to my mistake, my conduct was downgraded to fair in grade 11. My average score for all three years of high school was from 8.5 to 9. I plan to take the IELTS test and get 6.5 and participate in extracurricular activities at school, planning to study in Australia.

Will such conduct affect my scholarship and application to study in Australia? I hope everyone can advise and give me advice.
