In Ho Chi Minh City, five projects were handed over: Grand Marina, Saigon (Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1), LUMIÈRE Riverside (Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City), the Masteri Centre Point and LUMIÈRE Boulevard projects (Grand Park urban area, Thu Duc City), and the SOHO townhouses at The Global City (An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City).

This exceptional quality is largely due to the involvement of Marriott. If we hadn't built to the standards set, Marriott wouldn't have agreed to operate the building."

The grand opening of Lake Tower – the first tower in the world's largest Marriott luxury apartment complex – has officially put Vietnam on the luxury real estate map.
