On the afternoon of November 3, at Thanh Nga Luxury Restaurant, the Provincial Tourism Association held the launching ceremony of the Restaurant Association. This is the first restaurant association of Vietnam tourism.
Attending the event were leaders of Vietnam Tourism Association, Department of Tourism, Provincial Tourism Association; Tourism Association of Northern Coastal Provinces and members of the Restaurant Association.
The Restaurant Association was established to gather organizations, individuals, and businesses operating in the local culinary field, creating a forum for members to exchange information, experience, cooperate, support development, improve service quality... aiming for more professional activities, contributing to promoting local culinary features to domestic and international friends, making Ninh Binh tourism industry increasingly developed.
The Restaurant Association consists of 42 members. At the ceremony, the provisional Board of Directors was introduced and the operating regulations of the Restaurant Association were approved. At the same time, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Restaurant Association and the Ninh Binh Travel Association, businesses with OCOP products and Travel Associations of provinces and cities.
Also at the launching ceremony, typical dishes and restaurants that won awards at competitions were honored.
