Student Trinh Van Hieu, co-valedictorian of block A00 of Thanh Hoa province and co-runner-up of block A00 of the whole country.
Although he was not surprised to know his exam results, Hieu was happy and pleased that his efforts over the past time had been duly rewarded. He shared: “I still remember the feeling of nervousness before seeing the exam results. My mother was shaking and worried and did not dare to watch with me, so she went to the neighbor's house to chat. When I found out that I was the co-valedictorian of the province and the co-salutatorian of the whole country, I ran to tell my mother the news. My mother hugged me, congratulated me, then called my father to tell him.”
Born into a family with a father who is a border guard, working at Pu Nhi Border Post, and a mother who is a librarian at an elementary school, Hieu was trained from a young age to be persistent, confident, and independent.
Showing his love and talent for Math from an early age, Hieu won first prize in the district-level Math competition in grade 8 and third prize in the provincial-level Math competition in grade 9. In high school, Hieu continued to participate in the Math competition of Le Loi High School and won second prize in the provincial level in grade 12.

Sharing her study secrets, the co-valedictorian of the A00 block of the province shared: “My secret is simply to pay attention to the teachers' lectures in class to grasp the knowledge and study at home by myself. When necessary, I can use AI to look up more theory and documents to consolidate my knowledge. Throughout the school year, I focused on studying each subject thoroughly, only in the last week before the exam did I try about 10 Math exam questions. For Physics and Chemistry, I mainly reviewed the theory and did illustrative exercises.”
“To relax after stressful hours of studying, in the afternoon, I often cycle alone along the fields and through familiar village roads in Tho Long commune where I live,” Hieu added.
With the dream of becoming a technology engineer in the future, Hieu plans to apply to Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology.

According to Mr. Tuan, the innovative education program has increased its practicality. The Math exam in the 2025 high school graduation exam has nearly 5.5 points for practical application. Therefore, in the teaching process, he always tries to help students understand the nature of the problem and often gives real-life examples to increase students' interest.
Continuing the school's achievements over 65 years of development, in the 2025 high school graduation exam, Le Loi High School had 37 exams with a score of 10. Of which, 16 students scored in Geography, 9 students scored in Physics, 6 students scored in Math, 2 students scored in History, and 4 students scored in Chemistry. The whole school had 45 students with a total score of 27 points or higher in 3 subjects for traditional university entrance exams.
