As General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam , General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong always pays special attention to the Party Committee, government, people of all ethnic groups, and armed forces of Quang Ninh province. The General Secretary has visited and worked with Quang Ninh province three times. Those were on April 6 and 7, 2013; April 13 and 14, 2016; April 6, 2022. During the visits and working sessions, the General Secretary always praised, acknowledged, and highly appreciated the spirit of innovation, creativity, and advancement of Quang Ninh province, "becoming one of the leading provinces in the innovation of the Northern Delta region, a growth pole of the Northern region".
In keeping with the sentiments and concerns of the General Secretary, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province have been and will continue to make more efforts, be more determined, innovate and be more creative so that “ Quang Ninh can go far. That is the Quang Ninh that is Quang Ninh !”.
