But Leverkusen clearly no longer fits the ambitions of a top strategist like Alonso.

More than a month ago, coach Jurgen Klopp was contacted by Real Madrid, but the German strategist announced his resignation. Thereby, coach Alonso became the number one candidate to succeed Mr. Ancelotti at Bernabeu.
