On August 12th, the AVSE GLOBAL organization of Vietnamese scientists and experts, led by Mr. Nguyen Duc Khuong, President of AVSE Global, CEO of EMLV Business School and Director of International Development, De Vinci Higher Education, Republic of France, held a working meeting with the leaders of Da Nang city.

Comrade Nguyen Van Quang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang, presided over the reception of the delegation.
During the exchange with the AVSE GLOBAL delegation, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang provided an overview of Da Nang city and its development orientation for the coming years. Da Nang is identified as the socio-economic center of the Central region of Vietnam .
Da Nang possesses numerous advantages and favorable conditions for development thanks to its strategic geographical location with high connectivity to provinces and cities nationwide and regionally; its comprehensively invested infrastructure; a high-quality, young, and abundant workforce in information technology and electronics at reasonable costs; a peaceful and highly-rated living environment; and a government that consistently supports businesses.
By 2030, with a vision extending to 2045, Da Nang aims to become a large, ecological, and smart city, a center for startups, innovation, and a livable coastal city of regional Asian standards. High-tech industries are one of the three pillars of the city's socio-economic development, alongside tourism and the marine economy. Priority will be given to developing sectors such as mechatronics, automation, precision mechanics, biotechnology, and information technology.
The city prioritizes attracting investors specializing in the semiconductor industry supply chain, such as integrated circuit design, manufacturing of materials, equipment, and spare parts; and providing testing and security solutions. Da Nang has been authorized by the National Assembly to apply superior preferential policies for strategic investors and strategic partners in the semiconductor and artificial intelligence sectors, especially preferential tax treatment, access to land, infrastructure, and human resource development policies.
Da Nang has also been authorized by the Government to pilot the establishment of a Free Trade Zone with policies and mechanisms aimed at attracting high-quality investment, finance, trade, tourism, and services. The Da Nang Free Trade Zone is expected to include a production zone, a logistics center, a commercial-service zone, and other functional zones as stipulated by law.

AVSE Global is ready to share its experience regarding the models and operating methods of free economic zones around the world; preferential policies, and provide feedback on investment attraction, taxation, and other policies for businesses operating in these zones; as well as experience in the operation and management of free economic zones.
Actively support Da Nang city in enhancing its capacity to build a startup ecosystem; connect and invite experts, mentors, and successful startups to Da Nang to share experiences, support training, incubation, and coaching for innovative startups; promote and spread the spirit of innovative entrepreneurship; and support the establishment of an innovation space between Da Nang and innovation support organizations in France.
Introducing high-tech industrial enterprises to explore the investment environment in the city, especially in areas of interest to the city such as: microchip development, semiconductors, artificial intelligence; supporting the city in training high-quality human resources in the aforementioned fields.
In collaboration with Da Nang city, we will research and organize in-depth forums and events with the participation of reputable experts to share, exchange, and discuss areas such as semiconductor industry development, building free trade zones, developing an innovation and startup ecosystem, and promoting tourism and service development.
