On August 22, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 1575/QD-UBND on amending and supplementing a number of contents of the Dak Lak Provincial Industrial Promotion Program for the period 2021 - 2025, issued together with Decision No. 1491/QD-UBND, dated June 17, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee.
Specifically, the province will support the improvement of business management capacity, awareness and capacity to apply cleaner production in industrial production to encourage and support organizations and individuals to invest in industrial production, establish enterprises, cooperatives and cooperative groups; encourage the conversion of individual business households into cooperatives and enterprises to facilitate the expansion of production scale; provide training for rural industrial establishments (RNI) to improve their competitiveness in the market towards sustainable development and international integration.
Regarding consulting and supporting IT establishments: investment project establishment, marketing management, production management, finance - human resources; establishment of enterprises, joint ventures in production and business; design of models, packaging, application of new technology - equipment; consulting and guiding to support organizations and individuals in receiving policies on investment incentives, science and technology, finance, credit and other preferential policies of the State; support in preparing energy audit reports, cleaner production assessment for enterprises.

Regarding the development of rural industrial products: organize voting for typical rural industrial products at district and provincial levels and participate in voting at regional and national levels; support industrial and handicraft establishments of the province to participate in fairs, exhibitions, display, introduce and consume products; support the construction and registration of trademarks and product brands for rural industrial production establishments; support the initial purchase of equipment and management tools for showrooms to introduce and promote products of rural industrial production establishments.
Regarding the tasks, the province organized 5 delegations to visit and study domestic industrial promotion experiences; supported the application of advanced machinery and equipment in industrial and handicraft production at 96 industrial parks; organized and participated in 10 domestic and foreign trade fairs with the participation of 100 enterprises; at the same time, supported 10 industrial parks in hiring consultants to set up investment projects, manage production, finance, design product packaging, etc.
