Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is located in the administrative boundaries of Nhuan Trach and Cu Yen communes, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province, with a scale of 213.68 hectares, a total investment of nearly 2,400 billion VND, with Hoa Phu - Hoa Binh Company Limited as the investor.
The infrastructure investment project of Nhuan Trach Industrial Park, Luong Son District was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 256/QD-TTg, dated February 22, 2022.
Nhuan Trach Industrial Park has a scale of 213.68 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 2,400 billion VND, including items such as site clearance, leveling, traffic, rainwater drainage, wastewater, water supply, fire protection, power supply, lighting system, wastewater treatment plant, etc.

The project has a convenient traffic location, located right at the gateway of the capital, between the center of Luong Son district and Xuan Mai town, Hanoi city.
The goal is to build Nhuan Trach Industrial Park into a model multi-industry industrial park of Hoa Binh province, following the criteria of "Green - Clean - Beautiful" and becoming a destination of success for domestic and international investors.

After more than 2 years of implementation, the Nhuan Trach Industrial Park project has been completed in accordance with regulations, especially in 18 months of compensation, support and resettlement, the project has cleared 209/213.68 hectares (98%) and is eligible to start construction.

When put into operation, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park will attract about 30,000 direct jobs and about 10,000 indirect jobs through trade and service activities for the locality and neighboring provinces. Therefore, in the future, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park will create thousands of jobs for local workers, contribute billions of VND to the annual budget, contribute to promoting industrialization - economic modernization and rapidly changing the face of the locality towards integration, efficiency, sustainability, and at the same time create more motivation for Luong Son district and Hoa Binh province to have enough strength to break through in the era of national development.
