On the morning of September 4th, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh commune mobilized more than 20 personnel, including police, local security and order officers, and various departments, to launch an operation to restore urban order and traffic safety corridors.

Local authorities affirmed that they would strictly handle cases of deliberate violations.

Notably, through persuasion efforts, many households have voluntarily dismantled awnings, signs, and tables and chairs that encroached on sidewalks, contributing to restoring unobstructed space to the streets.

Mobile vehicles broadcast notices regarding the handling of construction and business violations encroaching on road safety corridors along the routes.

Lieutenant Colonel Lam Van Tang, of the Hoa Binh Commune Police, stated: “People need to understand that maintaining traffic safety corridors is not only about ensuring aesthetics but also about ensuring safety for themselves and the community. In cases of deliberate violations, the authorities will resolutely handle them according to regulations.”

Along with the decisive actions of the government and law enforcement agencies, the consensus and voluntary compliance of each citizen are considered key factors for the sustainable effectiveness of restoring urban order and ensuring traffic safety corridors.

The authorities reminded and corrected people not to encroach on the road and sidewalks for business purposes.
