The Giai Y collection marks the collaboration of Tran Thien Khanh and artist Phan Anh Thu, where paintings of the ancient capital's architecture and landscapes are woven onto the ao dai, creating soaring designs imbued with the poetic spirit of Hue .

The costumes stand out with the use of watercolor painting to recreate the landscape and historical relics of Hue on the ao dai.

This collection creates a fusion between ink art and traditional fashion, when the quiet images of Hue's landscape are softly expressed.

Guest designer Nguyen Phuc Tuan - a son of Hue brings the collection Hue Rain . He was inspired by the song "What is so sad, Hue, that the rain is white all over Thua Thien" to bring a new breath but still full of identity.

Tran Thien Khanh is one of the designers who has made his mark with the royal ao dai style. In September 2015, he introduced his ao dai collection in England. In 2016, he attended the ao dai festival in Hue with the collection Mysterious Orient inspired by lotus flowers.

The Hue designer's costumes have been chosen by beauty queens Ngoc Han, Tieu Vy, and Luong Thuy Linh. Before becoming a Ao Dai designer, he studied hairdressing and worked as a makeup artist in Hanoi .
