Accordingly, up to now, the entire electronic textbook system of the Vietnam Education Publishing House (NXBGDVN), including the latest textbooks for grades 5, 9 and 12 (applied from the 2024-2025 school year according to the 2018 General Education Program), has been fully and accurately updated and is completely free on the website taphuan.nxbgd.vn . This platform is directly managed by NXBGDVN, ensuring stability, fast access speed and content updated accurately according to published paper textbooks.

The development and provision of free electronic textbooks is a voluntary effort, stemming from social responsibility and the desire to make a practical contribution to the country's education cause, not a mandatory task according to the law. This is the commitment of the Vietnam Education Publishing House to bring the most favorable conditions for teaching and learning in the digital age. This update aims to ensure uninterrupted access to learning materials for students and teachers across the country, while optimizing resources and improving service quality. The Vietnam Education Publishing House has proactively focused all resources to develop and perfect the taphuan.nxbgd.vn platform.

Textbooks on the website taphuan.nxbgd.vn are directly managed and operated by NXBGDVN.

This information is sent by NXBGDVN to press agencies, teachers, students, parents and readers nationwide because currently, the NXB has two addresses providing this source of documents including taphuan.nxbgd.vn, a website directly managed and operated by NXBGDVN and hanhtrangso.nxbgd.vn, a website operated by AES Education Technology Joint Stock Company (AES Company) based on cooperation with NXBGDVN.

However, after a period of implementation and comprehensive review, NXBGDVN realized that the cooperation with AES Company in operating the website hanhtrangso.nxbgd.vn has given rise to a number of problems. Specifically, within 3 years of operation, up to 2024, NXBGDVN has paid AES Company hundreds of billions of VND. In addition to the financial burden, this cooperation contract shows a lack of optimization and does not really ensure the highest benefits for NXBGDVN as well as users who are students and teachers.

Faced with that situation, after many times of consideration and working directly with the representative of AES Company, NXBGDVN has decided not to continue signing the contract addendum for the next phase with AES Company. This decision has been officially and transparently announced by NXBGDVN to AES Company in the working sessions between the two parties. In the near future, NXBGDVN will stop operating the website hanhtrangso.nxbgd.vn

In order to ensure uninterrupted access to learning materials for students and teachers across the country, while optimizing resources and improving service quality, NXBGDVN has proactively focused all resources to develop and perfect the taphuan.nxbgd.vn platform.
